Roots of life is the name of the video game I developed as both my bachelor's thesis and as the final assignment of my attendance in Hanzehogeschool as an exchange student. Due to this particular situation, I had to collaborate with other students from the dutch university in order to graduate from the Gamelab course.
I am very proud of the effort I put on the 3rd person camera and player controllers the game features. Both were built from scratch as I wanted to discuss their implementation on my thesis. In order to showcase the functionality of these controllers, I set up a test scenario just to record some footage separated from the final assets of the project. This is what was achieved:
